Peer Schouten (1983) is a graduate student of International Relations and Social Science Theory at the Complutense University of Madrid.
He was born and raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, but has been living abroad since 2006.

Previous Education
Peer Schouten holds two bachelor degrees, one in Language and Communication (University of Amsterdam, 2006) and one in Portuguese Studies (Utrecht University, 2007). He furthermore holds diploma's in Interdisciplinary Studies (Institute of Interdisciplinary Studies, Amsterdam) and Conflict Prevention (Unidad de Investigación sobre Seguridad y Cooperación Internacional (UNISCI), Complutense University of Madrid).
Before coming to Madrid, Spain, Peer has studied one year in Portugal (Coimbra University) and two in the Netherlands.
